<div>What you will be doing:&nbsp;<br>• Work closely with a diverse team of IT and business professionals to collect requirements and implement solutions once tested and validated. Some of the solutions will be out-of-the-box, but there will also be a focus on custom developed applications built in SharePoint.<br>• Create specifications and proof of concepts for SharePoint applications.<br>• Develop applications through a team approach utilizing the Agile methodology and the Scrum framework.<br>• Participate in the change control and deployment processes for operational support. <br>• Share responsibility with team members for 24-hour on-call problem resolution. <br>• Plan, execute and validate test results including regression and capacity testing.<br>• Research and recommend new approaches surrounding user experience or web development<br>• Mentor and train other members of the SharePoint Group.<br>• Create and manage project plans associated with SharePoint development.<br>• Follow existing or develop new standards surrounding SharePoint development.<br>• Strong full life cycle software application development background.<br>&nbsp;<br>Must Haves:&nbsp;<br>• Bachelor's degree.<br>• 5 years experience developing applications with ASP.NET and C#.<br>• 2 years experience developing applications on the SharePoint platform.<br>• 2 years experience implementing out of the box SharePoint features.<br>• Work experience with object oriented design and implementation.<br>• 2 years SharePoint administration and IIS setup and troubleshooting experience.<br>• Work experience with Microsoft SQL Server technology and data modeling.<br>&nbsp;<br>Bonus Points!<br>&nbsp;<br>• Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).<br>• Microsoft Active Directory.<br>• Web services, including REST, SOAP and XML.<br>• JQuery, C #, JavaScript, SQL Server reporting services<br>• Experience in dealing with systems that are transaction intensive.<br>• Project Management experience.</div>
