The Nashville SUG Board of Directors has unanimously voted to pass changes to our current Bylaws.
The next and final step in the process is a vote of the Acting Members, which we have scheduled to take place at the beginning of the September meeting.

Day of September meeting - Email and website posting of all Officer candidates
 
September (9/21/2010) meeting
                5:15pm - Officer candidates will be available for a time of networking
                5:30pm - Social/eating time
                6:00pm - Meeting start; Announcement of candidates seeking election to an Officer position
                6:05pm - Sponsor and Speaker Time

October (10/19/2010) meeting
                5:15pm - Officer candidates will be available for a time of networking
                5:30pm - Social/eating time
                6:00pm - Meeting start; Officers election (voting process will take a very short time to accomplish)
                6:15pm - Sponsor and Speaker Time
